As the name of the map states, CTs have the mission of assaulting the depot and rescuing the four hostages. Keep in mind that this objective is rarely achieved; for you to achieve this task, all remaining Ts must be unable to find you (which is a rare event on this simple map). At the beginning of a round, it is essential for CTs to rush to guarding positions in sight of the three entrances to the main building—near the roller door, the vent on the roof and the small door on the opposite side. If these choke-points are not secured, Ts can easily flank your team. From this point, it is merely a matter of preventing any Ts from leaving the building and deciding on a time to begin the assault.
It is important that the attack comes from all three entrances at once. Otherwise, the incoming CTs are easy meat for the guarding Ts. Use the cameras located in the truck near the CT spawn to get a better idea of where the strengths and weaknesses are in the Ts' defenses. A short summary of how to enter the three main entrances is listed below:
The vent: Once you have decided to enter, stealth is the key. If Ts know you are coming in the vent, you are an easy target for grenades and metal-piercing bullets. It is generally a better idea to head up the ladder into the upper vent and to drop down through the vent grate rather than popping out the main vent entrance. The vent grate is usually less guarded and you are also much better protected in the high vent than in the main one.
The main roller door: Lob in a flash-bang or two and rush. Stealth is no issue here as this entrance is in plain view of the whole building. Keep moving and try to take cover behind crates on either side of the main floor. Try to take the higher ground as soon as possible and help cover your teammates entering through the vents and small door. Before the assault begins, positioning snipers on the bridge is also a good idea.
The small/back door: a pile of large shipping containers blocks the ground just inside this door. This provides partial cover so you can concentrate on eliminating any Ts that you can see on either side. As with the roller-door entrance, gaining the higher ground quickly will give you a distinct advantage and use the surrounding crates and containers for cover. If all goes well, the Ts should be at least partially bewildered by the simultaneous attacks and victory will be yours.
frag hints
» As a terrorist, if you spawn near the vent, rush quickly into the vent and onto the roof. From the roof you will have a nice tactical vantage point overlooking the approaching CTs. However, for this to work you must move quickly. This isn't one to try every round, either—surprise is the key.. Be sure to retreat if things get too hot.
» As a terrorist, hurry into the vent and climb the ladder into the upper vent. This is a good camping position to take out any CTs coming through the vents. Again, don't try this every round—it'll only get you killed.
» As a CT, if you are very quiet, then you may be able to slip into the upper vent unnoticed. If you can get other team members to distract the Ts, dropping down through the vent grate and flanking your opponents can prove deadly to unsuspecting Ts.

A good CT sniper will cover rushing teammates. |
» Holding the roof is a very powerful tactical asset. CTs on the roof can guard all three exits and Ts have a good shot at most of the map.
» If you have voice comm, get one person to check the cameras as you plan to commence the assault. The cameras are outside the hostage room for Ts and inside the truck for CTs. If you're the only on voice comm, you can relay most enemy positions to your teammates giving you an effective advantage.
» As a CT, rush quickly onto the roof, into the vent and up the ladder into the upper vent. If you are lucky, no T will be checking the vents or cameras at this early stage and you will be able to time your ambush with complete surprise. An off shoot of this—if you have entered into the top vent unnoticed, wait until you hear a T use the cameras and then jump down onto the unsuspecting cameraman. To further prolong your chances of survival, rush into the hostage room and wait there for more opposition or until another opportunity arises.
» As a CT, if Ts are constantly hammering you, the tall building near the truck provides an excellent sniper position to take out rushing terrorists.
Remember, if both sides end up resiliently camping, assault can quickly turn boring. Not only is attacking a good idea in a tactical sense, but it keeps the game interesting.
