using the radar
It's a sad fact that most people don't use the radar either because they're too preoccupied with running around, or they don't understand it! While alive look up in your upper left hand corner, you should see a mini radar screen. If you don't, type drawradar in the console (~ key). Remember, you can only see your own team with the radar.
This is the radar! Notice the 'T's? That means that this teammate is above you!
See the upside down T? That means they're below you!
Special symbols:
» Flashing Yellow - This person has just used the radio or is currently using Voice Communication.
» Red - This person is a VIP, or they have C4, depending on the mission. Protect them at all costs.
» Flashing Red - The bomb has been dropped, go pick it up! (Terrorists only)
