No. Counter-Strike: Source is NOT the same game as Counter-Strike 2. CS: Source features the same core gameplay that we have all come to know and love with Counter-Strike 1.6 ported over to the Source engine.

Currently, not much is known about Counter-Strike 2, except that Valve has at least started "rough planning for the next Counter-Strike" according to this interview.
