The first egg is a credits block. In order to view this one, you must fly through the well (facing towards the bombsite B doors it's left, facing the ramp to bombsite A it's right) in the CT spawn.

Dust2's sectond easter egg is a tribute to the late mapper Justin DeJong (creator of cs_siege and cs_docks, aka N0TH1NG) and is accessable by going through the ground at bombsite B while in spectator mode.
