While in spectator/dead mode, head on over to bombsite A. From there, go through the those two large doors near the pillars. Inside this room is some sort of book with a picture in it, a bookcase, a painting on the wall, and the original plans for the map.

The second egg isn't all that dramatic. After getting out of the CT spawn, take a right. You should find a painting of the two doors featured in the first egg (bombsite A) from some time in the past; the roof and pillars are in tact in the painting, but destroyed in the actual map.
