This egg is common knowledge, pretty much. You can do it in game. Go into the bathroom near the terrorist spawn. You'll notice there's a floater in the toliet. Instead of flushing it like a normal human, shoot it like some sort of scared zombie from the future. It will explode! Don't worry, you won't get damaged.
