It's hard to say exactly what it is I don't like about the default M4A1 in CS:S, but if I had to pick one element... it just looks too dinky. Almost like one of those toy M4s that you find at your local game store or something. A well-made M4A1 is a pretty hard thing to beat, though, so while this LR-300 might be a shoe-in against the default, can it stand up to other replacements?

So many CS:S M4 skins are bulky and all too similar. They can't seem to stay away from the common "square and overweight" look, as if the creators were trying to make up for something (perhaps their almost cartoon-like textures). This M4 skin shows everybody up.

Folks, today I bring you the GSE M4 RAS 1 as a replacement for the M4, and an absolute beauty it is! TheLama and SureShot both worked together well on the model to create this beast of an M4 you see here. I haven't seen any decent M4 replacements up until now. This GSE M4 RAS 1 features the holographic reflex sight EOTech 552, and I must say...if this skin doesn't make you feel like you can take out a person from a mile away nothing will.
