Wannabe's AK-47 is one of the best skins for the weapon ever, finally doing the awesome model justice. However, the wood didn't really suit my tastes. This reskin however, may be as close to being perfect as a Counter-Strike replacement ever will be.

It's not often that an AK replacement rivals the quality of the ones that already top our archives, but one of those cases exists here today. Everything from the model to the brand new skin, sounds, and animations simply outdoes the expectations anyone could reasonably have for a release such as this.

As you can (hopefully) ascertain from the render, the AKS-47 is a regular stamped AK with a folding stock. It's quite similar to this, but if you like folding stock AKs and don't like the synthetic look, this one might be what you're looking for.

The AK47 is pretty much a mainstay weapon in CS:S, so any replacement for it has to stand up to much more staunch standards than would, say, a model to replace the FN57. Will the sleek black look of today's model stand up to the test?

So here I am in my school library reviewing skins...and this AK caught my attention. As I use the AK a lot, I've been in search of a model worthy enough to take my AK spot and I must say, this model came really close.
