from: -GpigYeah, Siege is one of the worst maps in Counter-Strike. It's almost like a 300 meter dash for terrorists to see how quickly they can rush outside and AWP the CT team.
Siege. Either entrance. Coming down the incline the awpers have a good shot at you or they can be standing in the open anywhere in the garage and shoot you when you get down the incline because you're in a smaller area with only two spots to hide and they're in a huge area with multiple spots to hide(meaning more awpers shooting at merely two spots) and then you can have just one awper guarding the sewer exit also a few akers running around.
What's weird is that Siege was insanely popular before the de_ maps came out. It just goes to show you that when maps aren't updated and the game is updated, then some crazy crap happens.

the best choke point in CS is probably on Dust2 when taking the short route to Bomb-site A (goes over the CT spawn). It allows the Terrorists to get quickly to the bombsite shoot, kill, plant, and run down the long route to A and take cover in the ramp. However most CS players are n00bs and dont even plant cause they are all illegitimate and need the taste of my Scout bullet

The best chokepoint in any CS map is on Assault. The vent, where all the CT's try to get in, and they are systimatically ruined by the 5 AK 47's ripping into the vent at all times. Who-eee that is one great chokepoint.
from: ThatOneGuyYeah that small alcove is certainly one of the best spots on the map. I was thinking to myself, "Would someone mention that small alcove?" How dare I doubt it because, yes, someone mentioned that very small alcove and stole the words directly from my mouth!
Defenetly on de_dust2, bombsite b, ct side. You can spray through the small alcove by the boxs near the tunnel entrance and weaken the t side like hell if they rush b and you get there in time. Then to top it off, when they come down the long tunnel, you can sit and pick off their heads as they come out or have a teammate on the raised platform behind the big box picking them off as they enter the tunnel. By far the easiest bombsite to defend, thanks you our friend the choke point!

Choke Points?????? Your kinda dumb if you use them. I wonder what the CS mental thinking is when they decide to go run into a place where everyone already is and they are dieing. just Sit Back with a Awp. If you team makes it threw then you follow if they don't the other team dies a couple of times cause you camped. They Bitch and Complain that you where Camping. And you tell them the STFU!. Cause it's part of the game.

Best choke point in CS? I'd have to say the tunnel in as_tundra, it was more beneficial to the T's, but only if they rushed as fast as they could. Camping behind the boxes was way to predictable, I think everyone was ready for that, the T's could take the hall if they caught the CT's, and if they did, they'd either get the VIP right there, or be able to snipe him from behind. If the CT's managed to get through, odds are, they'd make it all they way to either the APC or the chopper, so really, this area would make or break the round, and it had good firefight potential to boot.
I mean, honestly!
