So I haven't done a mailbag in a few weeks, but now I'm back and medicore as ever!

This week's topic is two-pronged, like many lesbian sex toys: if you're an admin, what's your favorite AdminMod command? If you're a player, which AdminMod command do you hate the most?

As a player, my least favorite adminmod command is admin_vote_kick. Again, everyone knows what it does. I hate it because it tends to get used on me a lot since it's so hard for most CS players to believe that they can get owned. You must be cheating if you kill them, so you deserve to be kicked. Lame. I wouldn't hate it so much if it could be cancelled by an admin, without needing an outside plugin.
They should add an admin_vote_cool, so the cool dudes like me could be given some sort of official cool guy bonus. Like the server spawns a couple skater friends as backup; they should scream phrases like "bone out" and "indy-kick.. to your dome piece!"

As a player, my least favorite command is admin_stack. It's so useless, and admins use it at stupid times and in stupid places, which makes it even more useless and annoying. Most of the time I end up stuck in a ceiling somewhere and the admin has to slay the whole team to continue playing. It sucks. Admin_t and admin_ct are pretty useless too actually...they never work right. I'm sticking with admin_stack, though.
What's sad is that half of AdminMod's commands are worthless and not fun for anyone besides the admin. I, as a part-time admin myself, accept that the server is for everyone's enjoyment and not just mine. You might see me using fancy fade-in text like an idiot, turning up gravity to 24025, or slaying the other team for no reason, but at least I don't use that silly stack command. I like to think that I'm a notch above the "worst admin ever" slot.

I love chickenmod all out chicken fights. I also like when the admin teleports you to a part of the map for a knife fight. Like the boxed off area on dust though nearly all maps have areas you can fight in. Like behind the bridge on assault, the aztec easter egg, etc.

All commands can suck if it's a bad admin. It also depends if you want to play in a server where you're screwing around.
I agree that all commands can be abused. For example, when you join a random server and all of a sudden MC Chicken busts through the door screaming "it's chicken time!" with his parachute pants floating around like icecubes. On the other hand, if everyone's having a good time I guess there's no harm in it.

I hate the execclient. It changed my config file so all of my controls were deleted and my binds were messed up, and on another server the admin was obviously 12 years old and he made everyone's name i.am.gay.
Execclient is the most retarded thing ever. It should be removed from AdminMod. If some crazyhorse wants to make it into a plug-in or something then so be it, but there's no reason to have execclient available by changing a single variable.

Of course since admins are invariably king of the world and should be able to ruin your game, the command will always be in AdminMod much like stink will always be in Europe. A good way to keep yourself safe is to type writecfg backup.cfg in your console. That way, if an admin ever screws up your config you can just type exec backup.cfg or at least have a back up if your main config is totally screwed.

My favorite has to be the "pimpslap" target command. This thing makes the victim constantly spin clockwise.
And just to make sure they don't stop it; everytime the person preses their console key it gives them a nice "no" through the speak command.

As Admin, my favorite command is the bury command. It's my favorite for all those whiners that start complaining about cheaters or the map or something. It's used to bury an individual in the ground so they can't move. We buried one guy one time in assault (he was terrorist) and the body was way under the factory. That was cool.
I like how it's not hardcore enough to kick someone anymore, you have to ruin their experience for a few minutes before leaving the server to go download some more Linkin Park. Go jump in front of an elephant parade.

Hmm... as a player my favourite admin mod command is probably admin_slap, because I find it hilarous to see some fool being slapped around in the air.
I like to admin_slap people to where they're above the ground and then let gravity kill them. I also like to buy things over the Internet, install a GeForce card, and do various other things that were cutting-edge about three years ago.

Well, i must say that statsme/rank is a cool plugin, but it just incourages stat-whore'age which is extremely annoying to me. I always try to tell people that the team score matters alot more than your own personal score - they usually reply with, "omg d00d, just cause your score suxors doesn't mean that you have to complain!!1."
Statsme is one of two reasons the server I help run still has AdminMod installed. The other being that I like to turn disco mode on and trip out on Advil.
